My WI result

Ok it's done. My first gain out of the way.

I gained 0.5lb this week. I wish I could say I am not disappointed but I am really. I can put it down to losing 4.5lbs last week at a different meeting because I know that was alot but I am devastated deep down. I so want to get out of the 20's and now I'm stuck in the middle of the final stone. Last time, I gave up at 20 stone 4 lbs so I need to get past that.

So this week, it's back to basics and anyone is welcome to join. It will just be a little email support group and the challenges will be:

1. To drink 2+ litres of water a day
2. To do some exercise every day
3. To stay within points
4. To only eat healthy "snacks

If you wish to join, email me at vicky@weightlosschallenges.co.uk

Hopefully next week I'll have some better news. It's been very busy here but I really will try to post over the weekend.

Enjoy your weekend

Hey Vicky,

Don't beat yourself up over it because you're an absolute inspiration :o) You will get past that 20st 4lb milestone and that half pound will just be a distant memory.

You have come so far and reading your blog really inspired me to push on after a couple of slow weeks and because of it I'm in the 13s for the first time in 2 years so can I just say thank you and I wish you all best for this coming week.

Vicky,

Thinking of you and, as I have said to you before, do not let a little blip ruin your whole journey. You are heading for the 19s and you WILL get there. I have tonnes of faith in you Hon. You know where I am!!
