10 reasons....












For losing weight:
  1. To look and feel good.
  2. To improve my health and fitness.
  3. To regain my confidence.
  4. To be able to buy clothes anywhere.
  5. For sense of achievement.
  6. To stop people staring at me.
  7. To not feel embarrassed when going out.
  8. To be able to sit in seats comfortably again (ie garden seats, airplane seats etc).
  9. To be happy.
  10. To enjoy life.

10 very valid reasons for wanting to shed those extra pounds!

You are doing so, so well. Just remember, we ALL have slip-ups every once in a while. You are human; like the rest of us.

Keep up the great work! You are such a HUGE inspiration to those of us that are also struggling to lose weight.
