
For losing weight:
- To look and feel good.
- To improve my health and fitness.
- To regain my confidence.
- To be able to buy clothes anywhere.
- For sense of achievement.
- To stop people staring at me.
- To not feel embarrassed when going out.
- To be able to sit in seats comfortably again (ie garden seats, airplane seats etc).
- To be happy.
- To enjoy life.

You are doing so, so well. Just remember, we ALL have slip-ups every once in a while. You are human; like the rest of us.
Keep up the great work! You are such a HUGE inspiration to those of us that are also struggling to lose weight.
