Ten Stone pictures

Here are some pictures that were taken yesterday. They are not the most flattering pictures but I do like the one taken from the side. I think it really shows my weightloss and I am now getting to a stage where I am almost happy to pose for pictures. Trust me, it has been a long time since I was able to say that.

It has been weird adjusting to a new WI day for me over the past couple of weeks. I love my new meeting so much but it is weird doing things the wrong way round such as going to Aqua aerobics the day after WI and not the day before. Still, a change is as good as a rest and I'm as motivated as ever to get the rest of the weight off, even more so at the moment as I am so close to my 150lb target.

Anyway I'm enjoying the peace and quiet of the bank holiday weekend. I hope you are too.

edit: I've added a before picture for those of you that have not seen one of me before. I was at my heaviest in that picture.

Hi Vicky, Very well done... the pics look fantastic! You should post the before one next to the side shot so you can see how drastically different it is. Good luck on getting your 150lb certificate... I know you'll do it! Colleen. xx

I must say the before and after pictures are amazing and well done on the over 10 stone loss.
It's great seeing someone who has and is doing it, makes me think the 10+ stone I have to move can really be done.
Thank you for sharing this with us and keep up the good work. :-)
