Well that is another 2.5lbs gone forever. I've now lost 138lbs (9 stone 12lbs) and so the race is really on for ten stone next week.
From next week I shall be attending the new meeting I have talked about earlier in my blog. I'm looking forward to this as one of the girls at the meeting is coming as well and it will be good to stay in touch with her. Tonight at my meeting I took some before pictures and everyone was very shocked at them.
