I thought you might like to see these ones. As you can see I am dolled up and feeling and looking good.
It's been very hectic today as we have had various family and friends around for a BBQ but I have been good and can claw back the points later.
Hope everyone is well. There is a bit of a family crisis at the moment involving my cousin and his wife (he is an idiot, enough said) so it has been very hectic and I've not had much time to post on 5+ due to that and the BBQ today and resulting housework. I have managed to go to the gym 5 times since I have been back from holiday, swimming twice and aqua aerobics once so I am feeling loads better about things and in control again. On holiday I did not feel in control about my weight and I did not like that feeling one bit.
