My WI Result

I managed 3.5lbs at a very hectic meeting tonight. I am now 16 4lbs and have lost (get this) 9 stone 3lbs in total. I got another silver 7 this evening and now I feel the race is well and truly on for 10 stone lost.

There was only Marie, myself and her 13 year old daughter at meeting tonight. Marie's daughter did food sales, Marie did the cards and the money and I did the WI's which was very interesting and certainly an experience to see peoples reactions. In the first meeting we lost 55lbs and gained 22lbs. In the second meeting we lost 14.5lbs but gained 17.5lbs. It was weird because all the "stayers" in the second meeting had gained.

Marie is only doing our meeting for another week (she is on holiday for 2 weeks now) and then someone else is taking over. However, I am moving meetings with her to a Wednesday half way across town. Part of the reason for this is I get on well with her, don't like the person who is taking over, want to get to goal with Marie and she asked me to move across as it is good to have someone who knows what they are doing with her. Also she did admit that part of it was selfishness because she wants me to get to goal with her. I'm looking forward to the change and also to meeting new people so it will be interesting.
