I am very happy that the scales showed a 2.5lb loss this week. This takes me to 125.5lbs (8 stone 13.5lbs) overall. I haven't had the best week food wise but again I have done lots of exercise.
This week I am going to try and eat better and also keep up the exercise. I'm also going to try and write an honest tracker as I am not very good at writing them and I think this would benefit me.
I hope to update my blog again soon.
