This one was taken today (in Turquoise top). I've lost 6 stone, 1 lb and I've included another horrible before picture. I hope you can see the difference.
Well today I've not done very much except have a two hour gossip with mum and go swimming. I find swimming quite boring really but I will keep going twice a week as I know it is good for you. I do 32 lengths every time I go and am comfortable with this so in a month or so I might up this to 40. In the pool I use, that'll be 1km.
For the rest of the day I have housework and tonight I'll watch a DVD and relax. I hope you are all having a good Easter.
