Good evening and welcome to the weekend.
Here is the picture I promised of my new hairstyle. The picture does not do it justice really as you cannot see the layers down the side but WHOA!!! I just noticed how much weight I have lost. I just showed mum a before picture and she was like "WOW!!!" So, I've included another before picture taken on my 30th birthday in 2006 (June) so you can the difference. The person with me in the picture is Gary, a work colleague. I really look massive in it and it saddens me to think I once looked like that. Please don't ever let me look like that again.
Anyway, already I feel so much more confident in myself and I really feel that this is the year for sorting my life out. I've giving up smoking, I've carried on losing weight, I started exercising and I'm also making an effort to be nice to people as I know I don't have an awful lot of patience at time and that is something I am going to continue working on. There are also other aspects of my life that I don't particularly like but I am dealing with them and no doubt I'll share them with you one day.

I've been following your blogs and comments on WW site and i think you are one of the really determined people (like me!) who can do this weight-loss thing, i cant see you do anything but kick the smoking and weight (i gave up smoking last year). Yeah, love the new hair...don't you look great. Best photo comparison is of you at your Grandad's party - I can really see the difference and what a long way you have come.
You are such an inspiration and at this rate, you will soon be at goal. Think of the fun you will have picking something trendy for all those Christmas parties, instead of some shapeless garment....one of the things that keeps me motivated!!!

Hi vicky love your hair, you was the first person i looked up when joining online WW, I read your story and thought how well you had done so far, and hoped to do the same. But further along the line now i`ve seen how much you do for others also, and that`s what truely makes you special, I also read that you would like to become a leader, all i can say is what a lucky class indeed.
